The pricing for our townhouses (depending on the individual unit) ranges from:

  • One Bedroom – $1,050

  • Two Bedroom – $1,500

Application Instructions

  2. Fill out the entire form on your computer, other than the signatures

  3. Save the PDF to your computer with the answers you have filled in included
  4. Print the PDF and use pen to sign where needed
  5. Scan the document and email to otterside@centralrealestate.net
